Married in a Flash After One Night

Married in a Flash After One Night

by Cheng Yue

SUMMARY

Wen Ran met a mechanic at an auto repair shop—tall with long legs, broad-shouldered like a double-door fridge, a high nose bridge and deep, dark eyes. Not the kind of refined, pretty handsome you see in celebrities, but the rugged, tough kind Wen Ran genuinely admired. Handsome. Extremely manly.

He saw him once and couldn’t forget him.

After that, Wen Ran started dropping by the repair shop every few days. He learned the man’s name and even added him on WeChat.

Wen Ran began asking him out. One date led to another, and one night, when the atmosphere was just too good, he ended up in a hotel bed with the man.

After it was over, Wen Ran had only one thought in his head:

He liked him. Liked him way too much. Loved him.

And if you love someone, you get married.

That’s right. He was going to marry Luo Xiao.

Wen Ran went home and told his mom:
“Mom, I have a boyfriend. We’ve been together for a few days, and I want to marry him.”

Wen Ran’s mom: “?”

Luo Xiao met a young man—beautiful, cheerful, proactive, like a little sun. He had light brown eyes, always sparkling when he looked at people, always smiling.

Luo Xiao practically fell in love at first sight, and before long, he was completely swept up in it.

Luo Xiao decided to marry the young man and called home.

The whole family burst into tears of joy, deeply moved—clearly, spending half a billion to rebuild the ancestral hall back home hadn’t been pointless after all. Their third son had finally found someone willing to take him.

Wen Ran’s mom asked, “What does your boyfriend do for a living?”

Wen Ran replied, “He’s a car mechanic.”

Wen Ran’s mom nodded. “Well, his conditions are a bit lacking. That’s okay—as long as you like him. I’ll cover the house and the car.”

Then she met the other party’s parents.

They turned out to be Asia’s richest family.

Wen Ran’s mom: “??”

Luo Xiao’s older brother, Luo Feng, was moved that his little brother had finally figured out how to date. With a grand gesture, he handed Luo Xiao a hundred million as a “dating fund.”

Luo Xiao said, “It’s for marriage, not dating.”

Luo Feng looked unconvinced. “Yeah right. Marriage? Have you even held the kid’s hand?”

Then he found out Luo Xiao had only known Wen Ran for a few days before booking a hotel room together.

Still-a-virgin Luo Feng: “??”
