SUMMARY

 Song Cheng loses his memory in a car accident—he doesn’t even remember his own surname. Luckily, his personal belongings survived.

Through a diary, he learns that he got married four years ago and divorced three years ago. The reason for the divorce isn’t recorded, but the diary shows his pain and longing—he thinks about reconciliation every day.

His ex-husband is tall, handsome, and someone whose identity must remain secret. Yet Song Cheng can’t find his name anywhere in the diary.

Finally, checking his phone, Song Cheng finds several photos of the same man. Tall, handsome, and recognizable from a hospital poster—he’s a celebrity, his identity obviously confidential.
