Chapter 34

The frosted glass softened the intense sunlight, and the female ghost sat on the edge of the bathtub, appearing drowsy and ethereal.

“So, he actually wanted to do this and that to me!” Xia Leyang described last night’s various experiences to the female ghost, hoping for a reaction. However, the ghost lazily exhaled and said, “Is that it?”

“Did you not understand?” Xia Leyang, with a puzzled expression, looked at the ghost. “I mean, last night, my backdoor was almost in danger.”

“Isn’t that a matter of time?” The ghost rolled her eyes, showing no interest.

“Why would you think that?” Xia Leyang raised his voice slightly, but afraid that Shang Tingzhi outside might hear, he deliberately spoke in a low tone. “My backdoor is an exit, not an entrance.”

“It’s all the same. Who says it’s a one-way street?” The ghost said. “You don’t have a rule that it’s unidirectional, right?”

Speechless, Xia Leyang suddenly realized that when this ghost sister entered a state of decadence, her ability to criticize soared.

“So, should I let him sleep with me?” Xia Leyang tilted his head and asked.

“Little brother, let’s switch perspectives for a moment,” the ghost looked at Xia Leyang with no patience. “I was murdered, trapped here, unable to experience being an AI, and you, every day, have a delicious treat waiting for you. And you’re asking me whether to do it or not?”

“Stop, stop, stop.” Xia Leyang, embarrassed, said, “Isn’t that too weird?”

The ghost ignored Xia Leyang and disappeared into the bathtub. Xia Leyang, thinking his good sister had logged out, was about to leave the bathroom when suddenly the door was pushed open. Shang Tingzhi poked half of his body inside and asked, “How much longer are you going to chat?”

“Did you… did you hear everything?” Xia Leyang dared not look at Shang Tingzhi directly and asked awkwardly.

“No,” Shang Tingzhi replied expressionlessly. “There’s an urgent matter that needs to be addressed.”

If Shang Tingzhi left Xia Leyang alone and went out separately, there might be a traffic accident at the first intersection. So, knowing that Xia Leyang and the ghost were discussing him behind his back, Shang Tingzhi had to come to the bathroom at an inappropriate time to interrupt their conversation.

“What’s the matter?” Xia Leyang, feeling awkward, followed Shang Tingzhi out. He noticed that Shang Tingzhi didn’t seem to be in a good mood today, so in this place without silver three hundred two, he explained, “We weren’t talking about you just now.”

“Not about me,” Shang Tingzhi replied without expression, looking straight ahead. “Were you talking about my big…”

Xia Leyang was shocked and looked up at him. “Did you really hear it?”

“I guessed,” Shang Tingzhi said indifferently.

Xia Leyang nervously pursed his lips, realizing that he had exposed himself.

Actually, Shang Tingzhi was not very pleased. After all, every night, he played with Xia Leyang in a certain way, always accommodating the temperament of this little guy. However, when he wanted to take it a step further and change the nighttime entertainment activities, the little guy disagreed.

Since Xia Guohua handed Xia Leyang over to Shang Tingzhi, he asked Shang Tingzhi to indulge Xia Leyang a bit, saying he was younger. Shang Tingzhi considered himself to be quite accommodating to Xia Leyang, but this little guy didn’t appreciate it. He was content once he had his fun, without realizing that he hadn’t been satisfied every day.

Tang Fengyi had been waiting outside the Gu’s mansion for the two. Xia Leyang followed behind Shang Tingzhi, not understanding why Shang Tingzhi seemed to ignore him today, striding forward with his long legs.

When they reached the iron fence outside, Xia Leyang finally caught up with Shang Tingzhi’s pace. He grabbed the hem of Shang Tingzhi’s clothes and asked, “Are you angry?”

“No.” Shang Tingzhi patted away Xia Leyang’s hand and opened the car door, getting into the car.

In the past, Shang Tingzhi would always open the car door for Xia Leyang before getting in. Li Shan had seen it before and teased Shang Tingzhi about it.

However, today was strange. Xia Leyang stood there, not understanding why Shang Tingzhi seemed to ignore him. He felt uncomfortable for some reason.

“Why are you still dawdling?” Shang Tingzhi turned slightly and urged, expressionless.

Xia Leyang, with a pout, slowly climbed into the car. He tried to strike up a conversation with Shang Tingzhi, asking, “Where are we going?”

Shang Tingzhi looked at his phone and replied without looking, “You’ll know when we get there.”

His tone was icy, and Xia Leyang felt uncomfortable listening to it. Still not giving up, he asked, “Are you in a bad mood?”

“No,” Shang Tingzhi replied.
!
Clearly, there is.

Xia Leyang snorted softly in his heart, turned his head to look out the window, and stubbornly ignored Shang Tingzhi.

The black sedan slowly drove across the wide road, heading towards the suburbs. Shang Tingzhi did not speak all the way, and although Xia Leyang was sulking, he couldn’t help but sneak a glance at Shang Tingzhi from time to time, trying to find a way to talk to him. However, every time he saw Shang Tingzhi’s gloomy face, he gave up on the idea of speaking.

Stinky temper, really stinky.

Xia Leyang looked at the wildflowers and grass outside the window, muttering in his heart.

The scenery outside became more and more desolate as the car entered Luoyi Mountain. Xia Leyang finally found a topic and asked Shang Tingzhi, “Are we going to visit the cemetery?”

“No,” Shang Tingzhi said, “We’re going to the construction site at City No.1 High School.”

“Is something happening there?” Xia Leyang asked.

“Yeah,” Shang Tingzhi replied nonchalantly.

Xia Leyang patiently waited for Shang Tingzhi to continue, but after the “yeah,” Shang Tingzhi remained silent, showing no intention of elaborating.

Unable to hold back, Xia Leyang glared at Shang Tingzhi and said, “What do you mean? You’re giving me a bad attitude early in the morning.”

Shang Tingzhi ignored Xia Leyang. Tang Fengyi timely parked the car at the construction site of City No.1 High School. From a distance, a black and white tiled pattern formed a Bagua figure in the middle of what seemed like a square. Around this Bagua, five marble columns were erected, representing metal, wood, water, fire, and earth.

At first glance, it seemed like they had entered a realm of immortals. However, behind the square was the unfinished student dormitory.

Shang Tingzhi got out of the car without saying a word, and Xia Leyang was now certain that Shang Tingzhi was angry with him.

Trying to catch up with Shang Tingzhi’s pace, Xia Leyang tugged at the hem of his clothes and said, “Why are you throwing a tantrum? If you keep this up, I won’t let you suck anymore.”

Shang Tingzhi, expressionless, gazed straight ahead and replied, “Okay.”

Angry, Xia Leyang stopped in his tracks and shouted at Shang Tingzhi’s back, “Fine, no more sucking! Who cares!”

On the side, Tang Fengyi silently took out his phone and sent a message to his boss Shang Jianye.

Tang Fengyi: Reporting to the boss, the young couple is having a lovers’ quarrel.

Shang Jianye: What happened?

Tang Fengyi: Looks like disharmony in their intimate life-
