Late at night, with Huo Youcheng already asleep, Ye Zhi quietly opened the bedroom door and went downstairs to get a drink of water. When he reached the kitchen, he saw the light was still on, and there stood Huo Youqiao, also getting some water.
Ye Zhi felt a bit guilty.
He had just “serviced” Huo Youcheng.

A rush of emotions surged in Ye Zhi’s chest, his lips parting slightly as he responded when Huo Youqiao’s tongue entered his mouth.
Their passionate kiss couldn’t dissipate the intense emotions they felt. The overwhelming love seemed capable of burning away all reason. Both knew that if they delayed any longer, they would cross the final line.

Huo Youqiao had a week’s vacation, and likely because of this, he chose this trip for a crucial conversation.
The night before the trip, Huo Ran was very excited, packing her luggage by herself, stuffing new summer dresses and several plush toys into her bag. She packed so haphazardly that Ye Zhi had to reorganize her things after she fell asleep, ensuring all essentials were included.

“Where’s my second brother?” Huo Yan, who had joined them, quickly noticed someone was missing.
Huo Ran answered, “Uncle said his company had an emergency, so he’ll join us tomorrow. He told us to go ahead.”
Huo Yan laughed, “Good, I thought he was going to bail on us. Without the entry permit, that would be a disaster.”
Every planet required an entry permit, and without it, one could be deported or even arrested.
Everyone on the plane was heading to Blue Sea Planet for vacation, so the atmosphere was festive, with everyone smiling brightly. In contrast, Ye Zhi’s tense demeanor and pale face stood out. Huo Yan asked with concern, “Second sister-in-law, are you feeling unwell?”
Ye Zhi quickly shook his head, “No, thank you for your concern.”
Huo Yan smiled, “Maybe you’re feeling a bit airsick? Have you flown on this kind of plane before?”
Ye Zhi smiled back, “Yes, I have.”
The Ye family enjoyed extravagant spending, and interstellar travel was popular among the wealthy. Ye Wan took the family on trips every year. Although Ye Zhi wasn’t favored, Ye Wan wasn’t so harsh as to leave him behind. So before starting work, Ye Zhi had traveled on such planes annually.
